By the time Billy makes it back to the room, Tommy's already ended up stretched out on Billy's bed, fast asleep. He's had a long day, and even with food and drink offered, apparently he couldn't keep his eyes open any longer.

Which maybe isn't too bad a thing, because Billy's mother had followed him, at least as far as the beginning of the hall, and she watches her son quietly for a moment before gesturing for him to come back.

"Billy? Do you think the Avengers would be willing to let Tommy stay the night here? With everything we saw on the news today, I have a feeling he could use a night away from the sort of chaos being around super heroes could cause. Especially if... well, if he doesn't want to go home."

She's definitely reading into that statement a bit.
